This rental gives you and your guests exclusive access to our storefront with refreshment bar, lounge, and attached studio room. No outside guests will be allowed entry to the building during your rental.
The studio room is a blank canvas with white walls, neutral toned hardwood floors, overhead adjustable lighting, and you are free to arrange however you like, as well as decorate! We just ask that you do not hang anything that will damage the walls, command strips are ok!
Studio rental includes:

6 foot black tables and matching black chairs (optional, let us know how many you need and we will have them set up before your rental!)
- 15 minutes before and after your rental for set-up/clean up. If you need more time than that, please book accordingly. Clean-up entails removal of all items that do not belong to Blue Sage, and all trash being thrown into the bins. We handle all trash removal, and will provide a trash bin and bags, etc. and we will tear down all tables and chairs.
- Klipsch speaker that you may connect your devices to via bluetooth, auxiliary, or lightning cable.
- Adjustable lighting
- Hot and cold water dispenser
